In my work, stress and burnout are learned nervous system patterns, or learned responses, that once served a purpose, but are no longer supporting the life or business you’re building now. They are symptoms pointing to something deeper.
These patterns are often driven by fear, doubt, or deeply ingrained beliefs about what it takes to succeed. They don’t always show up as anxiety…sometimes they look like procrastination, avoidance, imposter syndrome, or the quiet story that says “I’m not ready,” “I’m not good enough,” or “This is just how it has to be.”
