Every first responder needs this, I'm serious. Even if they think they're ok, they're probably suffering in silence or they are in denial. We carry a lot of feelings and emotions and some are stuffed way deep, down inside. As I started working with you, I was able to release some of that stress, anxiety, guilt and feelings of sadness. I feel light and free again.
Before Katie’s class I would have to come into the house and lay down to rest my back from any physical activity I did outside. I would have to do this multiple times a day. Even grocery shopping would exhaust me and cause muscle spasms. This has been going on for years and getting worst. Since Katie’s class, coming into the house to rest my back has decreased measurably after physical activity around my farm.
You are a warm & fabulous teacher/leader. You kept things upbeat & open for us all. You coaxed out our issues & collaboratively gave remedies to our individual issues. One of the greatest assets I learned was to try a variety & order of techniques to keep surprising the NS. You helped teach me to heal myself!!!!
